Annual General Meeting 2026
Doors open at 6.00PM with drinks and nibbles available ahead of the formal meeting start at 6.30PM.
This will be a meeting in two parts, first the formal business of the AGM, agenda below, followed by a presentation from our Patron Professor Tony Travers. The presentation will be followed by questions and discussion. Please book your place(s) using the booking facility.
Please note that according to the constitution, only member societies will be able to vote in the formal AGM business, one vote per member society.

There will be time for Q&A and discussion after the presentations. The meeting will finish by 8.30pm.

Can you volunteer your time and skills to help London Forum?
We are all volunteers at London Forum and welcome others to join the team. We need four new trustees this year to replace current trustees who are resigning. Trustees must be members of, and nominated by, a member society. We would particularly welcome trustees with PR, social media, authoring and member engagement skills or experience, as well as subject matter experts, especially on environmental matters, to contribute to our advocacy work on planning, and related topics.
