<p>New rules have been introduced for the majority of new homes in England to be built with solar panels and clean heating, fitted as standard to meet the requirements of the <a href="https://questions-statements.parliament.uk/written-statements/detail/2026-03-24/hcws1445">Future Homes and Buildings Standard</a>.</p>
