Accessibility

The Londonforum website will work with the widest possible range of devices and has been designed to be accessible to all users, irrespective of browser type, speed of connection or physical ability.

All pages on this site should conform to the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) level-AA (see www.w3.org/WAI), and should meet W3C standards for content markup (see the XHTML validator), and presentation markup (see the CSS validator).

Accesskeys

Accesskeys are keyboard shortcuts which allow users to navigate around the website without having to use a mouse.

This website uses the following accesskeys:
1 Homepage
2 Skip to page content (for use when not using style sheets)
4 Your Local Society
5 About us
6 Join us
7 Contact us
9 Privacy Statement
C Copyright Statement
S Search
0 Accesskey details

If you have Internet Explorer select Alt + Accesskey + Enter. With other browsers, such as Firefox, omit Enter. If you use a Macintosh use Ctrl + Accesskey.

Tab keys

Pressing the tab key repeatedly selects the links and form controls of a page in the order in which they appear. We have changed the tab key order on some pages so that the search terms field is always selected with the first key press of tab.

Text Size

This site uses relative text sizes so that you can increase and decrease the size of the fonts with your browser's text size controls, which are normally found under the 'view' menu.
